A rare opportunity has presented itself for a Used Car Sales Manager to join our team. We are seeking an industry experienced Sales Manager to oversee the performance of our highly skilled Used Vehicle Sales team. This role is about maintaining factory targets, setting and maintaining customer service levels of the highest standard and always upholding our dealership and company values. Who we are looking for Experience in a similar role or has proven results in an Assistant Managers role ready to take the next step in their career. Strong knowledge of Excel Spreadsheets & sound computer skills. Commitment to high levels of customer satisfaction. The ability to study and retain detailed product information. Strong communication and organisational skills. The ability to work as part of a team. A current driver's license. Responsibilities Oversee systems and processes to ensure customer service standards are met at all times. Work collaboratively with other departments including service, parts, finance and accessories. Develop and drive strong process around lead management and road to a sale. Set and achieve overall targets in terms of vehicle sales volume, gross profit, finance penetration, and customer experience metrics. Ensure all inventory is presented and advertised appropriately. Set the tone and standard for all sales communications (written and verbal). Ensure the team provide friendly, helpful, honest, accurate customer service and advice at all times. Represent Mazda Brand to the highest professional standards and in line with Artarmon Mazda values at all times. We work in a dynamic environment and teamwork is critical.
