We are seeking confident, professional, and highly skilled Mixologists to join our team for private events across Melbourne starting in early 2026. This is a casual role, ideal for experienced hospitality professionals who thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy delivering exceptional guest experiences. Work will be predominantly on Saturdays, with additional opportunities on Fridays, Sundays, and mid‑week depending on your availability, skill, and commitment. “We welcome all applications including those from seasoned bartenders, especially those with decades of experience and a love for classic hospitality.” Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve standard drinks, wine, and beverages with precision and professionalism. Mix and present basic cocktails confidently and consistently. Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining a polished and professional presence. Work collaboratively as part of a team, while also demonstrating initiative and independence. Travel to various private event locations across Melbourne (own car and licence required). Uphold punctuality, professionalism, and high standards of presentation at all times. Support seamless event operations, including setup, service, and pack‑down. Requirements Minimum 2 years’ experience in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality environment. Must hold a valid driver’s licence and have access to your own vehicle everytime Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent punctuality and reliability – this is vital. Professional, confident, and well‑presented ("dress to impress"). Ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure and delivering quality service. Team player with the ability to work independently when required. Flexibility to work across weekends and occasional mid‑week events. Must have current RSA.
