WHAT WE NEED IN A SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT Essential Ability to work in Australia legally without any restrictions without needing Visa sponsorship. Havestable employment history (of 1+ year average in each job) RSA certificate (QLD) Solid bar product knowledge of cocktails, high end spirits, solid wine knowledge, craft beers, speciality pre-mix drinks Willing to work in other bars or bistro as required to maximise your hours and when short staffed. RSG certificate (QLD) – or willing to obtain DoFoodSafely certificate (free short course training: ) Professional pride, honesty and integrity. Excellent customer service and personal presentation Ability to work flexibly according to peaks and demands in trade. To start with, working mostly Thursday to Sunday days and nights . Ability to work pretty much anytime including nights, days, weekends, school holidays and public holidays as rostered (all penalties, loadings and allowances are paid).
