Job Summary We are hiring multiple Analyst positions across multiple teams within this organization. The focus areas include carbon neutral fuels, carbon neutral or low emission metal production, renewable hydrogen, energy storage, distributed energy (smart grids)/community batteries, and repurposing transport fleets. Responsibilities Producing analysis, corresponding due diligence, risk assessment, and investment committee papers for potential projects and corporates that align with the focus areas of the fund. Comprehensive commercial analysis of market potential of projects or investments. Preparation of internal, and due diligence and reviewing of external, project financial models, with particular focusing on the corporate assumptions and capital structure. Validating key technical assumptions via external due diligence. Assisting the negotiating of key funding terms. Qualifications To be successful, you will have 2-4 years' experience, preferably in Corporate Finance/M&A, Infrastructure Advisory, Transaction Services, Deals Modelling/Valuations. You will have had experience with infrastructure, renewables or potentially mining.
