This part‑time role supports participants to understand their NDIS plans, connect with the right services, build capacity, and navigate systems with confidence. You’ll work closely with participants, families, providers, and community organisations to ensure supports are coordinated effectively and aligned with each person’s goals, safety, and wellbeing. This role includes a mix of home, school, community, and office‑based work, with flexible hours available.
