We are recruiting for two full-time positions : Support Coordinator Specialist Support Coordinator You may apply for one or both roles , depending on your experience. Support Coordinator Support participants to implement their NDIS plans Build service connections and reduce everyday barriers Strengthen participant choice, control, and independence Specialist Support Coordinator Lead coordination for participants with high or complex needs Manage cross-agency responses and risk‑based situations Focus on participant safety, stability, and long‑term outcomes Click “Apply” to access the Position Descriptions for each role.
