Senior School Services Officer – Executive Assistant to College Principal MacKillop Catholic College – Warnervale, NSW MacKillop Catholic College, Warnervale is currently seeking a skilled and organised Senior School Services Officer to serve as the Executive Assistant to the College Principal. This is a temporary full‑time opportunity covering a period of parental leave for 2026. Applications close: 17 November 2025. Contract type: Contract Position Full Time. Specific criteria The role requires a developed sense of initiative, attention to detail, the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, and strict confidentiality. Previous experience as an Executive Assistant is essential. School‑based experience is desirable but not essential. Supportive of, or can demonstrate an understanding and commitment to, the ethos of the Catholic faith in an educational context. Displays a friendly and professional demeanour. Has expert knowledge and skill in the Microsoft suite of products – i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Forms, and Teams Displays empathy, enthusiasm, commitment and is highly motivated to contribute. Possesses a strong work ethic. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to build rapport and interact effectively at all levels of an organisation. A solution orientated person, with an ability and a desire, to identify and bring about significant improvement and streamlining of processes, systems and record keeping. Strong organisational and time management skills, with an ability to prioritise tasks, meet prescribed deadlines, and concurrently manage several competing tasks. Excellent English language skills including grammar, spelling, and punctuation. Highly developed keyboard skills and ability to format and present information accurately, quickly and logically. Strong ability to minute take.
