MC Licensed Yard Operator Afternoon Shift (sbWXRlJQtJ) Laverton, Melbourne, Australia Salary: AUD49 - AUD50 per hour + super TRANSPORT PROFESSIONALS YOU NEED TO READ THIS Are you an MC license truck driver who's "been there and done that" and now wants a role close to home each day? We are currently looking for experienced Truck drivers with an MC license to join their team in a yard hand role That means no deliveries Working with the afternoon shift team based in Laverton at a newly renovated site, you will be moving trucks around the yard for the forkies to load, supporting them with strapping loads and moving curtains, and managing the yard so workflow is optimised. Afternoon shift 1pm shift available with an immediate start MUST HAVE MC Truck License Monday-Friday afternoon shift, 1pm-9pm (+OT) To be successful, you must demonstrate the following: Current MC license and experience driving a variety of trucks 2-3 years of experience driving trucks or working in the transport industry Knowledge of CoR (Chain of Responsibility) and load restrictions Able to complete strapping and curtain use A view that safety is always the highest priority Comprehensive knowledge of freight, load restraint and CoR (Chain of Responsibility) Excellent communication skills - written and verbal Co-operative and collaborative team player You will require: Current Multi Combination truck driving license (MC).
