We are looking for a Head of FP&A to build and lead the forecasting and analytics activities at the company. You’ll be responsible for budgeting and forecasting, the analysis of the accounting data at each closing, and providing insightful conclusions to the Department Heads and the Top Management. You will have two direct reports and report to the Finance Director.
Responsibilities
Onboard, train, and manage team members (Budget Manager, Analyst)Strategize the budgeting, forecasting, and business planning cycle policies for efficiencyEnsure budgets, forecasts, and BPs data are communicated to stakeholders with insightful commentingStructure Cost and Profits Centers for budgeting and PL reportingEstablish financial dashboards for Department heads and Top Management, and ensure continuous quality data entries and availabilityProvide insightful comments on monthly, quarterly, and annually closingDevelop insightful suggestions for investment, sourcing, cost reduction, and strategic business decisionsIdentify key data sources and utilize data-driven insights about important departmental metrics to improve business decisionsProvide games’ financial performance conclusionsImplement relevant tools for the division, to collect data, streamline data processing and give access to modern presentations of the selected key metrics to stakeholdersAd-hoc requests pertaining to FP&APrepare other reports and participate in other special projects as requested
Requirements
Bachelor/Master's degree10+ years of experience, including 3+ years in leading a complex, project-based, FP&A division3+ years of managementStrong Data Analysis skillsStrong financial modeling skillsGreat understanding of accounting and cash flows principlesEmpathetic managerTech-savvy and at ease with new technology usage and implementationContinuous learner aware of best practices and trendsAutonomousSelf-motivatedCan-do attitudePassionate about web3.0/blockchain/NFT gaming spaceKnow how to multitask and prioritize work in a remote and globally distributed teamPerform under time constraints and meet deadlinesAt ease to present to top management with consolidation process and multi-international organization
