We’re looking for a dynamic Learning and Development Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in building a skilled, confident, and future‑ready workforce. What You’ll Be Doing Reporting to the Head of Learning and Development, you will lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of high‑quality learning programs that make a real impact. Working closely with SMEs, operations teams, and organisational leaders, you will ensure training is engaging, accessible, and aligned with industry standards, adult learning principles, and the diverse needs of our people. You will : Conduct organisational learning needs analyses to identify capability gaps and opportunities Design and develop innovative learning programs, including digital and e‑learning solutions Deliver training that engages, empowers, and supports learner success Evaluate program effectiveness to ensure alignment with strategic goals Manage learning technologies, including LMS administration and reporting Maintain and update training resources to meet industry and compliance requirements Collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to ensure content is relevant, accurate, and compliant Stay ahead of industry trends to enhance learning offerings Uphold all relevant legislation, standards, and organisational requirements Contribute expert insights to projects, audits, compliance reviews, operational improvement initiatives, and evaluations About You You are a creative and analytical learning professional who thrives on collaboration and innovation. You understand the power of great learning experiences, and you know how to build them. You are committed to excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement.
