In this role, you will collaborate with a small, high‑performing team to design and implement learning initiatives that drive growth and capability across the organisation. What you'll be doing… Partner with the business to identify challenges and design, develop, and implement effective learning solutions, for example changing learned behaviour to switch to a SaaS+ delivery model. Working with experts in their field to design consumable, and blended learning that ensures our security and compliance. Collaborate with the newly formed P&C Enablement team to map the learning journey to get our new team members up to speed in their roles, quickly and effectively. Deliver and continuously improve the 'best-in-class' corporate onboarding experience. Be prepared for a high‑energy and creative Orientation Week every quarter. Create tailored development programs for all levels from graduates to senior leaders using blended learning approaches. Contribute to the design, development, and delivery of our new 2-year Leadership Curriculum; this is an exciting initiative that will see 90 of our leaders, and their leaders develop their leadership skills, particularly coaching, using a 'strengths‑based mindset'. Build and embed a strong learning culture through frameworks and self‑directed learning initiatives. Analyse feedback and metrics to identify gaps, enhance content, and ensure relevance. Design learning journeys to complement TechnologyOne's Career Framework Leverage and promote learning platforms to enable self‑directed learning and career management. Your Talents… 5+ years' experience in L&D with strong facilitation and coaching skills. Proven ability to deliver end-to-end learning solutions across multiple projects. Deep knowledge of instructional design, 70:20:10, and adult learning principles. Confident in coaching leaders leveraging psychometric tools including Gallup CliftonStrengths or similar. Experience in designing and delivering learning initiatives across Sales, Consulting or R&D functions. Skilled communicator with strong presentation and stakeholder engagement abilities. Proficient in the use of a variety of LMS platforms, digital authoring tools, including Articulate, learning libraries including LinkedIn Learning and HR reporting systems.
