Senior Accountant（Fluent in Chinese and English）

BAXI GROUP is seeking a hands‑on Senior Financial Accountant to take ownership of the end‑to‑end accounting function and support the business through accurate reporting, strong financial controls, and continuous improvement. This is a key role in a growing company, where you will work closely with leadership and mentor two Assistant Accountants. Key Responsibilities Financial Accounting & Reporting Lead the month‑end and year‑end close processes, including journal entries, accruals, provisions, and reconciliations Prepare monthly management reports, P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow statements and variance analysis Maintain accurate General Ledger records and ensure all reconciliations are completed on time Manage AP and AR operations, including invoice processing, payment runs, supplier management, customer invoicing and receivables follow‑up Support budgeting and forecasting activities, including cash flow planning Monitor financial performance and provide insights to senior management Business Support & Process Improvement Mentor and guide the Assistant Accountant to build capability within the finance team Improve processes, streamline workflows, and support accounting system enhancements Assist with new business initiatives, ensuring financial data integrity and proper reporting treatment Partner with internal stakeholders across the business to enable strong financial governance What You’ll Bring Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance CPA or CA qualification preferred Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience , ideally within a commercial environment Strong knowledge of AP/AR, month‑end reporting, and general accounting principles Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, reconciliation, formulas, pivot tables etc.) Experience with Xero is highly preferred; familiarity with other ERP systems is a plus High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to work independently Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders A proactive mindset with a passion for improving processes #J-18808-Ljbffr
