About the Role Are you passionate about creating safe and healthy workplaces? Take the next step in your career and join RACV as a Health, Safety & Wellbeing (HSW) Coordinator and play a vital role in supporting our HSW strategy across our diverse business in Corporate, Leisure, Membership, Home Trades, Insurance and Roadside. Come along for a new journey As the HSW Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing incident triage, administering key safety systems, delivering accurate reporting, and delivering continuous improvement initiatives. Reporting to the HSW Business Partner, you’ll coordinate safety-related events and training, ensuring compliance with RACV’s HSW Management System and legislative requirements. Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll be doing: Lead incident triage across RACV, ensuring timely categorisation, escalation, and documentation Support investigations for significant incidents and ensure corrective actions are implemented Act as system administrator for DoneSafe, ChemAlert, and LinkSafe platforms Prepare monthly HSW reports and dashboards for leadership and operational teams Participate in HSW improvement projects and process reviews Coordinate safety events, campaigns, training and courses Assist in the development and delivery of training programmes Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders across RACV divisions, providing advice and support on HSW matters to managers and employees Possible business travel to Noble Park office and leisure resorts in Vic, Qld & Tas What you’ll need to be successful Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety, desirable Experience in incident management and safety system administration Knowledge of health and safety legislation and best practice Experience in continuous improvement projects and training coordination Ability to analyse data and prepare clear, actionable reports Proficient in MS Office applications and safety management systems A collaborative and team approach with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders Developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills Excellent organisational and attention to detail skills Valid driver’s licence There’s so much on offer when you join RACV with benefits including Competitive salary, industry benchmarked Flexible work arrangements – achieve work/life balance Generous employee benefits and discounts on RACV products such as insurance, roadside, resorts & corporate partners Training, development and career opportunities Supportive and collaborative team culture Challenge yourself with diverse work and go further than you thought at RACV.
