Administrative Assistant / Receptionist We are seeking an enthusiastic, passionate and caring clinic administration assistant/receptionist to join our team. We specialise in helping patients who have fallen into the “too hard basket” to heal from chronic health conditions naturally or with integrative medicine. We run 100% online, so you will be working from a home environment in Glenroy alongside the clinic owner (and their bulldog). The successful applicant will be someone who has exceptional attention to detail, is passionate about natural health and healing to support the company's vision, able to multitask and take the initiative in the management of their tasks autonomously, have amazing organisational skills and have a positive energy. The role will report directly to the Clinic Naturopath/Owner. This role is vitally important in the day to day running of the business. It includes reception and administrative duties as well as assisting the naturopath with any extra tasks that may need attending to. These duties will include answering the phone, taking payments, scheduling client appointments, data entry, stock management and ordering (for herb and supplement dispensary), dispensing prescribed herbal medicines and supplements, management of other tasks assigned and prioritising their execution. At this stage the position is 1‑2 days per week part‑time (Mondays will be a definite, the second day of the week negotiable), with the potential for growth in the future. Position Requirements Mandatory Reception and/or Administrative experience Desirable (but not necessary) Exposure to clinic software and patient management systems Someone who is tech savvy Skills Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, consistency. Good administration and excellent customer service skills, with a proven ability to time manage. Ability to communicate effectively within a busy working environment, with care and respect. Good interpersonal skills with proven ability to work effectively as part of a team, and to manage client needs and expectations. The initiative to identify problems and come up with solutions before presenting to management. Excellent organisational abilities, with the ability to follow and improve on established processes and policies.
