APC STORAGE TECHNOLOGY (PTY) LTD as part of APC GROUP is a leading national supplier of warehouse and office storage solutions. We specialise in the design, manufacture, installation, and servicing of a wide range of storage products including pallet racking and shelving. We are seeking a motivated and reliable Roll Forming Machine Operator to join our team on a casual basis. In this hands‑on role, you will operate roll forming machinery to produce high‑quality components for industrial storage systems, including pallet racking, shelving, and mezzanines. We value safety, quality, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Set up roll forming machines (calibration, cleaning, tooling) to start production cycles Operate and monitor roll forming equipment to ensure consistent output Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed, pressure, alignment) Feed metal coils and raw materials into the machine Inspect finished profiles using precision measuring tools (e.g. calipers, micrometers) Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with APC’s ISO 9001:2015 standards Identify and resolve machine issues during production Maintain accurate production and quality records Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to ensure optimal machine performance. About You Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment Proven experience operating roll forming machines (highly desirable) Familiarity with high‑speed machinery and measurement tools Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals High Risk LF Licence (advantageous) Physically fit with the ability to lift and manipulate large metal objects Able to stand for long periods and work in a fast‑paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Willingness to follow APC’s policies for health, safety, environmental sustainability, and product quality Why Join APC?
