Our Rail team is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions that keep trains moving and infrastructure resilient. Your focus in this role will be supporting and working alongside the team delivering a variety of projects across the transport industry. Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in: Supporting the team to deliver major rail projects, and making a valued contribution to these projects. Designing and optimising track structures and alignments that power safe, efficient, and high-performance rail networks. Understanding client and project technical requirements, assisting to develop solutions, and contribution of technical reports, designs & specifications, proposals and presentations. Tackle complex challenges in special trackwork and transit space design, ensuring every curve, turnout, and crossover meets exacting standards. By year two, you’ll have the flexibility to style your development, whether that’s diving deeper into your technical development or soaking up wisdom from your mentors.
