What you will do: Design and optimize plant automation systems, layouts, and workflows Analyze production data to drive continuous improvement Lead integration of PLCs, HMIs, sensors, actuators, and control systems Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external vendors Oversee system testing, commissioning, and performance tuning Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards (OSHA, ANSI, ISO) Travel internationally to support installations, upgrades, and training We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
