Imparts has proven the ability to navigate a variety of market conditions and provide sustainable growth. An exciting opportunity exists for a Team Leader at our warehouse in Geelong, VIC. This is a permanent full-time position. Reporting to the State Manager, responsibilities will include (but not limited to): Responsibilities Responsible for supervising a small team of drivers Despatching and receipting of goods Maintaining and dealing with customer enquiries Stock Management Stock re-fill on the shelves in the warehouse General warehouse duties, picking & packing, forklift driving Assist with both internal and external customer enquiries Perform stocktake when required Comply with all OHS requirements Driving / Delivery duties as back up The role will be required to work a 40 hour week, Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm The successful applicant will possess the following: Qualifications Experience in warehousing in a supervisory role Basic computer skills - Outlook A current, valid driver’s license enabling you to drive within Victoria The ability to work autonomously Strong relationship building skills with both customers and colleagues Good communication skills and professional presentation The ability to work as part of a team of professionals Understanding of warehouse and OHS procedures If you feel this position is for you, then please forward your resume, including 3 referees, to ***********@imparts.com.au .
