In this role, you will: Deliver spa treatments to the highest standard, every time Provide a warm, professional, and personalised service to every guest Maintain impeccable hygiene, grooming, and workplace presentation Monitor and manage treatment room cleanliness, stock levels, and maintenance needs Contribute to spa opening and closing procedures Drive retail sales and treatment upgrades through genuine recommendations Represent the hotel and spa with pride and professionalism You’ll bring a “can-do” attitude, a commitment to excellence, and a genuine passion for health, wellbeing, and guest care.
