Be part of our professional guest service focused team Alamanda Palm Cove Spa team is currently seeking a Spa Therapist to join our guest-focused team. This is a casual temporary position. About The Role An exciting opportunity for an experienced, passionate, and professional Spa Therapist. Conduct spa treatments within the allocated time frame and to the specified standards. Perform treatments consistently and maintain high standards. Adhere to employee etiquette standards. Monitor stock levels and inform the Spa Manager/Supervisor of low supplies. Maintain personal hygiene and grooming standards. Follow cleaning procedures for the treatment areas and workspace. Report maintenance issues promptly. Assist with opening and closing duties of the spa. Deliver exceptional spa experiences to ensure guest satisfaction. Maximize retail and up-selling opportunities. Maintain a positive attitude and strive to provide unforgettable experiences. Represent the hotel professionally. About You Hold a diploma in spa therapy. Demonstrate a strong commitment to quality. Be confident in retailing. Exhibit excellent grooming and presentation. Work independently and proactively under pressure. Organize time and work efficiently. Possess excellent customer service and communication skills. Be a positive, energetic, and reliable individual with a 'can do' attitude. Commit to continuous improvement and learning. Passionate about the spa, health, and well-being industry. Available to work various shifts, including weekends. Values-driven and committed to a career in the spa industry.
