We’re looking for a skilled professional to step into a standalone role, based in our vibrant Barangaroo office. Don’t miss out on this unique opportunity to make a real impact in a growing, fast-paced industry What You’ll Be Working On Being the primary point of contact for all business dealings with AUSTRAC Reporting regularly to relevant CMC boards and senior management Ensuring CMC in Australia complies with its AML/CTF obligations for both businesses according to acts and rules, such as by continuously monitoring relevant legislation, performing controls testing, conducting daily review and clearance of onboarding and transaction monitoring alerts, and logging AML/CTF incidents or breaches Creation, implementation and maintenance of internal policies, procedures and systems for AML/CTF compliance What Will Help You Be Successful 3-5 years’ experience as an AML/CTF Officer and a relevant tertiary qualification (business, law, economics etc.) Thorough understanding of Australian AML/CTF acts and rules Demonstrated hands-on experience managing relationships with AUSTRAC Eligibility to work in Australia permanently The Things We Live By CMC Markets is powered by our people.
