Due to growth, we are seeking to hire an experienced AML/CTF Analyst to establish our compliance function. Reporting into our Chief Financial Officer, this is a stand‑alone position and as such we are looking for someone who wants to make this role their own. This role requires you to be an Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen. Key Responsibilities Act as the designated AML Compliance Officer under the firm’s AML/CTF Program Lead AUSTRAC reporting and other regulatory reporting obligations Oversee audits, due diligence process and regulatory examinations Lead training initiatives for AML/CTF and compliance across the business Conduct compliance risk assessments Provide regular, formal reporting to the Board Maintain accurate records and develop and enhance compliance policies, framework and control procedures Skills & Experience 5 years plus experience within compliance in either a bank, law firm, professional services, government or regulator Law degree, Actuarial or Commerce Degree Experience gained in New Zealand and/or the UK will also be considered Experience in AML/CTF and Governance essential. Modern Slavery an added bonus but not essential. Why us?
