About the Role We're looking for a practical and proactive Maintenance Officer to ensure our care community remains a safe, functional, and beautiful home for our residents at Warrnambool Place Care Community. What You'll Need ✔️ Experience in a maintenance, handyman, or groundskeeping role (aged care experience a plus). ✔️ A practical, can‑do attitude and excellent problem‑solving skills. ✔️ Strong knowledge of WHS practices and a commitment to safety. ✔️ Good communication skills and a friendly, professional manner. ✔️ Reliability and a strong work ethic. ✔️ A trade qualification or ‘Test and Tag’ certification is highly regarded. ✔️ Willingness to complete: Pre‑employment medical NDIS Worker Screening Check Maintain with Care If you are a skilled problem-solver who takes pride in your work and wants to contribute to a community that truly makes a difference, we would love to hear from you.
