Personal Care Assistant/Enrolled Nurse

Overview We are looking for reliable, experienced personal care workers and Enrolled Nurses with early morning availability (7am) to join the growing team at Right at Home South West WA. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting clients with their daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well‑being. Applicants must hold a relevant qualification in this field and reside in the South West. Qualifications Candidates must hold either a Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care or a Diploma of Nursing (Enrolled) qualification. Australian work authorisation is required at time of application. A minimum of 6 months' experience in aged care or personal care is required for this position. Responsibilities Personal Care: Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal hygiene tasks. Compliance: Current police clearances and working with vulnerable people checks are required. Mobility Support: Helping clients with mobility, including transferring from bed to wheelchair, walking, and positioning. Medication Assistance: Prompting prescribed medication administration and monitoring health conditions as directed. Companionship: Providing emotional support, engaging in meaningful conversation, and participating in activities to enhance the client's quality of life. Transport and shopping assistance. Household Tasks: Assisting with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry. Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of care provided and reporting any changes in the client's condition to the healthcare team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
