The Sanctuary Golf Resort – Bunbury, WA Full‑Time Join one of the South West’s premier golf destinations and lead the day‑to‑day operations of our 18‑hole championship resort course. We’re seeking an experienced and customer‑focused Golf Operations Manager to oversee golf services, member engagement, retail operations, competitions, and staff leadership. About the Role Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll be responsible for: Delivering exceptional member, guests and public golfers Managing tee sheets, competitions, and daily golf operations Overseeing the golf shop, retail sales, stock control & POS Leading, training, and rostering golf operations staff Coordinating golf events, corporate days & club competitions Ensuring smooth pace of play and professional course conduct What You’ll Bring Strong golf knowledge (rules, handicapping, scoring) Excellent communication & people skills Experience supervising staff in customer‑facing environments Ability to manage procedures, bookings, and operational systems Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays Desirable: Golf retail experience, knowledge of golf software/POS, and merchandising skills.
