About the Role As the Kindergarten Inclusion Support Team Leader , you will: Lead a regional team to deliver the Kindergarten Inclusion Support (KIS) Program in alignment with best practice and Department of Education guidelines. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of Additional Assistants. Build and maintain strong partnerships with kindergarten services, stakeholders, and the Department of Education. Ensure compliance, monitor program outcomes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Provide operational leadership, support your team, and contribute to strategic planning for the program.
