About the Role As the Kindergarten Inclusion Support Team Leader, you will: Lead a regional team to deliver the Kindergarten Inclusion Support (KIS) Program in alignment with best practice and Department of Education guidelines. Oversee recruitment, onboarding and professional development of Additional Assistants. Build and maintain strong partnerships with kindergarten services, stakeholders and the Department of Education. Ensure compliance, monitor program outcomes and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Provide operational leadership, support your team and contribute to strategic planning for the program. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the KIS team to ensure effective service delivery. Recruit, place and support Additional Assistants across regional kindergartens. Develop and maintain strong relationships with services, stakeholders and the Department of Education. Monitor program outcomes, compliance and reporting requirements. Support continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery. Conduct team meetings, performance reviews and professional development initiatives. You will have: Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and experience or further studies in Disability and Inclusion support. Experience in a similar position is essential. Experience in program management, team leadership and workforce coordination. Knowledge of inclusive practices and early childhood education environments. Familiarity with Department of Education guidelines and regional workforce dynamics. Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills. Commitment to values‑driven, child‑focused service delivery. Current Working with Children/Vulnerable People Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check and Driver License.
