Your graduate track You will be working in the Enterprise IT area. This is a business area that drives impact across the full Novo Nordisk value chain. Your skills & qualifications To succeed as a Global Digital Business Graduate, we seek candidates who fulfil the following criteria: A relevant master’s degree from 2025 or 2026 within one or more of the following fields: strategy, management, international business, IT, digitalisation, innovation or similar. International experience from studying abroad for a full semester, or through work or volunteering opportunities. Relevant work experience or extracurricular activities of no more than one year of full-time work either between or after completing a master’s degree. Professional fluency in English. Willingness to be globally mobile. Additionally, you should be willing to try new ideas and make decisions, maintain a positive attitude, and be ready to collaborate with a diverse team from different countries.
