Contribute to strategic and compliance‑related tax projects, including corporate tax, indirect tax, and transfer pricing. Gain hands‑on experience in internal and external tax reporting, supporting the preparation of tax returns and the year‑end process. Develop teamwork capabilities through tailored graduate‑specific training courses. Collaborate with diverse teams and functions across the global tax organisation to gain broad exposure. Your graduate track As a Global Tax Graduate you will be working in the Finance, Legal & Global Solutions area where we enable Novo Nordisk to fulfil our purpose by safeguarding the business, providing corporate infrastructure, and driving value creation. We are a team of 2,300 colleagues primarily based at our headquarters in Denmark and our Global Business Services centers in India and Mexico. Throughout the programme, you will work alongside world‑class colleagues, achieve international experience, and build a global network. You will be mentored by experienced professionals and, you’ll join the graduate community, a vibrant group of ambitious talents from all over Novo Nordisk. Your skills & qualifications To succeed as a Global Tax Graduate, we seek candidates who fulfil the following criteria: A master’s degree obtained in 2025 or 2026, demonstrating above‑average academic achievements within tax, law, economics, accounting or similar. International experience, for example from studying abroad, working or volunteering. Relevant work experience from internships, student jobs, or extracurricular activities, with a maximum of 1 year of full‑time work experience between or after completing your master’s degree. Fluency in both spoken and written English. Willingness to relocate globally. Additionally, the ideal candidate has a strong drive and adaptability to dynamic environments, and thrives in a culture that values collaboration, innovation, and creativity.
