Operations & Scheduling Coordinator | Great Pay | Carnarvon Based Kempglaze Glass and Aluminium Carnarvon are looking for a motivated, confident, organised and capable Operations and Scheduling Coordinator to support our team, manage scheduling, coordinate daily operations and help problem-solve. About the Role As an operations and scheduling coordinator you will play a key role in keeping the day running smoothly and provide support and guidance to all team members within the workflow of all projects and tasks to ensure jobs are well-prepared and organised to meet our high quality standards. You will be the central point between clients, staff, suppliers and management. Although preferred, you don't need glazing industry experience to apply but prior experience in key responsibilities and attributes outlined is a must. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations and job scheduling, including allocation of teams, stock/materials, and equipment. Confidently allocate jobs based on skill set, deadlines, and priority requirements. Support installers and the fabrication team with scheduling queries and job preparation needs. Monitor job progress, provide client updates, and adjust schedules as required. Liaise with all team members to ensure workflow remains on track. Identify delays or issues and implement effective solutions. Contribute to process improvements and overall operational efficiency. Act as the first point of contact for all scheduling enquiries from clients and staff. Prepare accurate job cards with site-specific details including arrival timeframes, site contacts, compliance forms, PPE, and all other safety requirements. Maintain accurate administrative records and ensure compliance with internal procedures and relevant legislation. Support admin with closing off jobs and workflow tracking. What we're Looking For Experience in the construction/glazing/fabricating industry or similar roles. Strong common sense, grounded and practical thinking style. Understanding of measurements, basic site processes and scheduling and operation workflows. Confident communicator with staff, clients, suppliers and management. Organised and able to manage multiple tasks at once. Ability to problem solve day-to-day issues independently. Ability to read or understand basic drawing and cut sheet plans.
