About the Role We're currently seeking a self-driven Scheduling / Operations Coordinator to join our Queensland team, covering scheduling and operational administration including invoicing and queries. Key Responsibilities Managing purchase and sales orders, setting up projects in our ERP system, and coordinating schedules with supervisors, clients, and sub-contractors. Handling data entry, invoicing, and addressing customer inquiries via email and phone. Keeping a close eye on sales and invoicing, making sure everything reconciles perfectly. Offering exceptional after-sales support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction every step of the way. Qualifications Experience with Sage. Innovative, with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organised, able to juggle multiple tasks with ease. A quick learner, with a knack for picking up new software and processes. A person who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
