A leading and well established Home Care Provider requires Home and Community Care Workers to work on a casual basis with the view to permanency. The successful candidates must be flexible and available to work with people in their homes on a variety of tasks. Responsibilities Provide care and support to clients. Creating and maintain an environment that empowers people and keeps them in their homes. Providing companionship & support during daily activities. Requirements Certificate III in Individual Support. Current First Aid and CPR certificates. Clear and current National Police Check. A full drivers license. A vehicle with insurance. People with no experience are encouraged to apply for these vacancies, however a training program may be required to complete prior to being put forward for the positions. All training programs include first aid, CPR, training in Manual Handling and work placement.
