As a registered NDIS service provider we offer complex high care, including private in‑home care and nursing services, through to social support, daily living assistance and community access. About the Role Our team of Support Workers provides day‑to‑day assistance to adults and children living with disabilities, helping them live independently, achieve their goals, and explore new interests. Every day is unique, filled with meaningful experiences and plenty of fun We are seeking supports for a full 24/7 roster based in Albany . Ideal Candidate ABI or Stroke experience is desirable (additional training will be provided) Mandatory Requirements First Aid and CPR certificates Why join the At Home Care team? You will also complete client specific clinical training and buddy shifts to help you get to know your clients and their care needs and preferences.
