About the role : Expand your experience in capital markets joint ventures mergers and acquisitions corporate insolvency and reconstructions and more Assist with due diligence negotiations and deal structuring for high-profile clients. Provide strategic advice on corporate governance regulatory issues and compliance. The ideal candidate : 2 years PQE in regulated M&A and / or ECM from a recognised corporate team or firm. Previous capital markets experience is essential for this role. Australian Legal Qualification & Admission. Excellent commercial acumen with strong drafting negotiation and advisory skills.
