As an **integral** member of our expanding practice, you will act for domestic and global clients across sectors spanning technology, fin-tech, health, financial services and retail. You will experience **significant hands-on experience** as a lawyer in this team, including opportunities to build direct client relationships. You will develop and refine your technical and commercial skills acting on **Australian and cross-border** corporate transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, and public and private capital raisings including IPOs . You will also advise on strategic corporate matters, governance, shareholder activism and ASX listing rules. You will have **opportunities for secondments** as well working collaboratively with other practice groups and teams, expanding your professional network.
