Roster: 4D 3R FIFO Ex Perth This is an opportunity to join Fortescue’s first magnetite operation as a Superintendent Planning. You will lead a large team of maintenance planners and schedulers delivering a high level of customer service to our inland and port side processing facilities (OPF & CHF) and maintenance services stakeholders overseeing end to end planning and scheduling for both weekly and shutdown maintenance activities. Key Responsibilities Lead a diverse team of planning and scheduling professionals fostering team culture whilst providing a top tier service to our stakeholders Oversee the development of maintenance schedules to ensure alignment with reliability objectives minimising downtime Generate and manage work management metric KPIs Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve planning effectiveness, asset reliability and budgetary targets Ensure planning activities are executed in accordance with work management protocols Manage and maintain accuracy and consistency of master data to enable effective maintenance scheduling, cost tracking and asset performance analysis Mentorship and development focus to support your teams technical and personal growth Qualifications and Experience Demonstrated experience in Maintenance Planning and Master Data management in a large-scale mining environment Proven experience leading teams with demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members High level experience with SAP and Microsoft Office suite Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with different stakeholders Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify data quality issues Strong attention to detail and ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities with exceptional organisational skills.
