The Role Our company, Highland, is looking for an AI Program Manager (or AI Business Partner) to lead the design, delivery and adoption of AI and automation initiatives across the Highland Group. You will collaborate with senior leaders, department heads and technology partners to identify opportunities, develop business cases and implement AI solutions that drive efficiency, enhance decision‑making and empower our people through smart, scalable technology. The role will be based on site in one of our Sydney offices, with our headquarters located in Cronulla. The Business Highland Group has been in business for over 18 years and is one of Australia’s leading and most trusted real‑estate brands, with 8 offices across NSW and QLD and over 200 staff. Duties Identify and manage AI and automation initiatives across multiple business areas Develop and deliver business cases for new technology‑driven opportunities Partner with internal stakeholders to design and roll out scalable AI solutions Create governance and reporting frameworks to measure performance and impact Lead change management and communication strategies for AI adoption Collaborate with technical teams and external vendors to ensure successful delivery Monitor AI performance metrics and ensure alignment with business goals Promote innovation and continuous improvement across the organisation Qualifications Proven experience in AI, digital transformation or technology program management Strong understanding of automation, data analytics and emerging AI technologies Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to translate complex technical ideas into clear business outcomes Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills Experience working within a fast‑paced, multi‑site environment A strategic mindset paired with hands‑on delivery capability A passion for technology, innovation and empowering people to work smarter Applicants must be Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents to be considered for this position.
