About The Role We are seeking an experienced Data Analytics & AI Program Manager to lead the planning and execution of a multi‑year Data Analytics & AI transformation program. The program manager will be responsible for managing & growing the engagement, leading and delivering consulting engagements, and developing new solutions to continuously enhance and diversify the client offerings. In this role, the Program manager will lead a large team of engineers, architects & consultants and collaborate with cross‑functional experts across the business to jointly develop the client portfolio and ensure client engagements are delivered with excellence. Key Responsibilities Manage the overall transformation program lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Coordinate delivery across multiple workstreams. Develop and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers. Lead cross‑functional teams and ensure alignment between business, IT, and implementation partners. Facilitate governance forums, steering committees, and executive reporting. Drive issue resolution, change control, and decision‑making processes. Ensure quality assurance across deliverables and adherence to program methodologies. Support business readiness, change management, and stakeholder engagement activities. Prepare client project proposals, clarifying objectives, scope, deliverables, approach, dependencies, roles and responsibilities, drawing input from clients, local client relationship managers and functional teams. Oversee project setup including contracting documentation, stakeholder engagement, interview guides and client data requirements. Develop a fact base by undertaking client interviews, collecting and analysing inputs such as client data, process flows, policies, competitive, industry and environmental information. Required Experience & Qualifications 15+ years of experience in program/project management. Proven track record in managing large‑scale Data, Analytics & AI implementations. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Familiarity with program management tools and methodologies (e.g., MSP, Agile, PMBOK). Preferred Qualifications Experience working on legacy and modern data engineering platforms. Experience leading large Data modernisation programs. Experience working across Financial services, Superannuation and Insurance segments. Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
