Why Join Us Earn while you learn with a Traineeship in Certificate III in Blinds, Awnings, Security Screens, and Grilles Company car and phone provided when working independently Overtime opportunities available when working independently End-of-year bonus to reward hard work and commitment Be part of a long-established business with a supportive team environment Responsibilities Beginning each day at 7:30am at the Phoenix Blinds shop and travel to job sites throughout the day Learning to install blinds, awnings, shutters, screens, and grilles using different materials, fixtures, and fittings Completing installation and service work at various locations before returning to the workshop by 4pm Working with the team to ensure quality installations and customer satisfaction Gradually building the skills to work independently in the field Requirements P1 licence or above required Willingness to learn and develop new skills in a hands-on environment A positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work as part of a small, close-knit team A focus on customer satisfaction and attention to detail About Us Phoenix Blinds has been delivering high-quality blinds, awnings, shutters, and security screens since 1997.
