Known for our reliability, professionalism and attention to detail, we have a strong pipeline of projects ahead and are seeking a motivated and skilled Fencing Labourer to join our expanding team. About the Role As a Fencing Labourer, you’ll work alongside experienced installers and estimators to assist with: Delivery and handling of project materials Occasional assistance with removal and Installation of boundary and feature fences and gates Assisting our Lead Installer with tasks around the factory Loading trailers and other vehicles with materials for upcoming projects Operating hand and power tools Help maintain a safe and organised work site Supporting the team to meet deadlines and client expectations What We’re Looking For 1 years minimum experience in the construction industry, not essential but highly advantageous White Card (or willingness to obtain) Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain) Reliable, honest and detail-focused Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting Excellent work ethic and teamwork skills Experience in the gate and fencing industry would be highly advantageous MR License would be highly advantageous Fork Lift License would be highly advantageous Welding experience is advantageous What We Offer Ongoing consistent work across Melbourne Supportive and professional team environment Dog friendly workplace Pay rate based on experience (discussed at interview) Career development opportunities with potential to move into leadership roles Potential for a company vehicle for the right candidate Weekly pay Early finishes on Friday’s Factory BBQ’s How to Apply If you meet the requirements and are interested in building a long-term career in fencing, we’d love to hear from you.
