General Practitioner - ADF Health Services (Serco) In partnership with Bupa, our ADF Health Services team provides integrated healthcare services to Australian Defence Force (ADF) personnel across Australia. We provide defence‑ready clinical and support staff across 40+ on‑base locations, ensuring that ADF personnel have access to quality on‑site medical care. Your Impact We are seeking General Practitioners to join us in a casual or permanent part time capacity, working 2 x days per week – Wednesday and Thursday 0730 to 1530. As a Medical Officer, You Will: Deliver primary medical care in line with professional standards and Defence policies Work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team to support Defence personnel Assess fitness for duty and provide pre/post‑deployment medical support Provide medical technical advice to Defence leadership Work across outpatient and inpatient care settings as needed What You’ll Need Unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Medical Practitioner FRACGP, FACRRM, or Vocational Registration Minimum 2 years’ full time (or part time equivalent) GP experience in the last 5 years Australian Citizen – for Baseline Security Clearance requirements Why Join Us?
