You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders on initiatives including optimising customer service workflows, supporting sales and marketing with revenue ops and campaign tasks and enhancing the mapping and service delivery of a huge set of product data. Your work will focus on solving problems in novel ways, then turning those solutions into scalable, documented processes.What You’ll DoGeneral operations: Use a combination of tools to automate and improve operational workflows - ranging from data-driven tableau boards through to cutting-edge AI tools. You’ll support internal teams with data, process design, and problem solving Sales operations: Help the sales and marketing teams improve revenue operations - optimising sales proposals, selling efficiency, marketing campaign support, incentive distribution, and impact measurement Customer service improvements: Optimise customer service delivery and tools, improving the systems, metrics, and processes that allow us to deliver class-leading support Data analytics: We have a dedicated data analyst, help with the process of mapping and categorisation of product data in our systems, utilising AI to make this process more efficient Scalable solutions: Document and maintain scalable processes that enable the business to grow Who You AreExperience: 3 - 5+ years experience in operations, process improvement, or similar analytical roles Data-driven: Numerate and data-savvy (e.g., can query a database with basic SQL, build simple reports, or equivalent) Hands-on: enjoy ‘owning’ tasks end-to-end, empowering colleagues with a solution that makes everyone more efficient Learning mindset: Comfortable with classic operations tools (HubSpot, Slack, Tableau, Google Suite and so on) and confident exploring and adopting AI tools to solve business problems.
