About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced performance manager to lead our global performance marketing strategy from Sydney. This is a pivotal role within our team, responsible for overseeing our end‑to‑end digital acquisition funnel, with a strong focus on PPC, analytics, and multi‑market growth. This individual will also take full ownership of our Performance Team based in Malaysia, managing cross‑channel campaigns and ensuring alignment with business goals across regulated regions. This role is ideal for someone with 7+ years' experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries, and a strong grasp of digital advertising within highly regulated industries. Candidates with experience in high‑growth, early‑stage fintechs (Year 0‑3) and deep knowledge of Meta and Google Ads compliance will thrive in this role. Responsibilities Own and drive paid media strategy across Google Ads, Meta, and other key platforms Lead campaign execution, optimization, and scaling with full‑funnel ownership Ensure campaigns adhere to stringent platform compliance (forex/CFD/crypto) Implement testing, bidding strategies, and optimization frameworks to increase ROI Lead, mentor, and manage the Malaysia‑based Performance Team (Paid Media, Brand Campaigns, Performance Analytics) Ensure smooth team operations across all paid acquisition channels Set clear KPIs and performance expectations in line with global marketing goals Oversee all tracking, analytics, and reporting using GA4, Appsflyer, and GTM Manage server‑side tracking integration with backend systems (e.g., Snowflake) Own UTM tracking protocols and campaign attribution accuracy across platforms Work with BI and dev teams to ensure robust data infrastructure and dashboards Navigate and apply platform‑specific compliance rules for forex/CFD/crypto across Google and Meta Ads Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to future‑proof campaign setup Explore and manage campaigns via Taboola, AdRoll, direct buys, and programmatic platforms (e.g., DV360, TTD) Identify high‑intent inventory sources for niche market penetration Deliver strategic market recommendations based on regional data and insights Help shape campaigns in emerging or underperformance regions Requirements 7+ years in digital performance marketing, ideally in financial services or other highly regulated industries Proven track record managing teams and digital budgets in regulated environments Demonstrated success in early‑stage fintech or startup environments (0‑3 years) Expertise in Meta Ads & Google Ads policy and account structures Solid experience with GA4, Appsflyer, GTM, and backend integration with BI/data teams Strong analytical and reporting skills, with hands‑on UTM and attribution knowledge Desirable: Experience in Taboola, AdRoll, or direct media buying Excellent leadership and cross‑functional collaboration abilities Benefits Work From Home: Enjoy the convenience of a personalized workspace with flexible hours that support a healthy work‑life balance Training & Development: Access a variety of training opportunities to enhance your skills and promote professional growth within the company Free Food & Snacks: Enjoy complimentary food and snacks during work hours to help maintain energy and productivity Seniority Level : Mid‑Senior Level Employment Type : Full‑time Job Function : Marketing Industries : IT Services and IT Consulting Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at BID Operations by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
