Let me know your salary expectations in the cover letter To be considered: Ideally 3+ years agency experience managing paid ads for a selection of clients and their industries. Technical experience in Google Ads + META Ads with experience working with $100,000+ monthly budgets. Ability to plan, audit, build & strategise paid ad campaigns. Knows how to read and understand ad software like Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Ads + META Ads (and other ad platforms) set up of tracking. Strong leadership and team management skills. Currently you'll be managing a team of 2. Bonus points: if you can mentor and further develop the teams current skill set. Keen to learn from a bloke that's done paid ads for the last 8+ years. Absolute hunger to grow the department and contribute to company success. Excellent client-facing communication skills (and meme-sending abilities are a bonus). Good at sending memes/ poorly curated jokes. The plan: Full-time Hybrid (2-3 / week in office). Ideally you live locally in Western Sydney - office is based in Penrith w/ easy parking. You want to help grow the Paid Ads department with absolute passion.
