Key Responsibilities Coaching & Mentoring: Provide one‑on‑one coaching sessions to eCommerce business owners, helping them understand the fundamentals and advanced strategies of Facebook (Meta) advertising. Strategy Development: Assist clients in developing effective ad strategies tailored to their business goals, including audience segmentation, creative direction, and ad budget allocation. Performance Analysis: Teach clients how to analyse campaign data and metrics, such as CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS, to make data‑driven decisions that optimise ad performance. Campaign Optimisation: Guide clients through A/B testing, bid adjustments, and creative refresh strategies to ensure continuous improvement of campaign results. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends in Facebook advertising, new features, and best practices to ensure clients remain competitive in the market. Support & Troubleshooting: Provide real‑time support to clients, addressing issues with ads, tracking, and any platform changes. Workshops & Training: Conduct group workshops and webinars for SHE-com members, covering topics like ad copywriting, targeting strategies, and scaling campaigns.
