Paid Media Specialist (Meta / Google Ads Specialist) We're a growing Burleigh Heads ecommerce focused digital marketing agency hunting for a senior Paid Media Specialist (Meta / Google Ads Specialist) to join our team, building, testing, and consistently improving Google and Meta ads for our diverse client list. Experience with TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads or Pinterest Ads is a bonus but is certainly not essential. Responsibilities Design offers, new campaign concepts, build campaigns, audiences, copy, and tests, and assist with ad + shoot creative brief writing. Contribute your portion of results to monthly client reports and assist with fortnightly client performance calls. Deal directly with the business owners we advertise for and educate clients on the paid ads learning & testing process. Collaborate with the Paid Ads team, Director, designer, and developer teams. Proofread and write from different brand tones based on a supplied thorough brief. Support flexibility of 2 days WFH per week; negotiate hours within a 7-minute drive from the beach location. Qualifications Strong English writing ability; self-proofreading and writing across brand tones. Experience building and managing Google and Meta paid media campaigns. Knowledge of campaign structure, audience building, copywriting, and creative brief preparation. Comfortable educating clients on paid ad concepts and maintaining transparency. Ability to work autonomously in a flexible schedule. Optional Bonus Skills Experience with TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads, UX, SEO, UGC content capture, photography, web design, copywriting, animation, or other digital marketing disciplines.
