What You’ll Do As our Paid Ads Strategist , you’ll be the performance backbone of Uprise. You’ll lead growth systems end‑to‑e‑end — from ad → funnel → conversion — with the autonomy to run experiments, test big ideas, and drive revenue. This isn’t a media‑buyer role. It’s a strategic growth seat — where you’ll directly shape client outcomes, creative direction, and company strategy. Your day‑to‑day: Build, launch, and scale Meta + Google campaigns with precision. Craft hooks, ad scripts, and creative angles that demand attention. Identify bottlenecks across funnels and fix them fast. Manage $30K+ monthly budgets with full performance ownership. Lead bi‑weekly client strategy calls with confidence and clarity. Collaborate with our designers, editors, and VAs to ship creative at speed.
