The Role We are seeking an experienced Meta & Google Marketing Specialist to plan, create, and optimise our paid digital campaigns. This hands‑on role is ideal for someone who thrives on driving measurable results through performance marketing. Your work will directly contribute to patient growth and awareness of our premium dental services particularly in implants and cosmetic dentistry. You’ll collaborate closely with the practice leadership team but will own the execution and day‑to‑day management of paid digital marketing activities. Key Responsibilities Plan, build, and optimise high‑performing campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) . Monitor performance daily, adjusting creatives, bids, and targeting to maximise ROI and lower CPL. Manage and refine SEO strategies to improve visibility and local search rankings. Develop and schedule engaging ad creatives and copy aligned with our brand voice. Set up conversion tracking (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Tag Manager) to ensure accurate performance data. Analyse and report on key campaign metrics such as ROAS, CPC, and conversion rates , providing actionable insights. Support ongoing website and landing page optimisation for lead generation. What We're Looking For 3–5+ years of hands‑on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns (including budget management). Proven ability to drive measurable results (leads, conversions, or local service growth). Strong understanding of digital analytics and tracking tools (Google Analytics, GTM, Meta Pixel). Working knowledge of SEO best practices and local search optimisation. Skilled in ad copywriting, creative testing, and data‑driven optimisation. Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working autonomously. (Highly Desirable) Experience in the healthcare, dental, or local service industries. Why Join Us?
