You understand the full funnel: prospecting, retargeting, conversion optimisation, attribution and beyond, and you’re very hands‑on with the accounts you manage. You’re comfortable on camera. Whether filming polished training modules, hosting live Q&As, or breaking down Meta updates in quick Instagram stories, you communicate clearly and confidently. You’re that person in your group chat sharing the latest Meta Beta features. You read performance marketing newsletters, test new strategies, and stay ahead of the curve. Most importantly, you genuinely care about helping female founders succeed. You’re energised by their wins and invested in their growth, and you’re ready to turn your agency expertise into meaningful impact for hundreds of female entrepreneurs. The Opportunity This isn’t a traditional coaching role. You’ll be the voice of our Meta strategy, shaping curriculum, creating content, appearing on camera, and staying ahead of every algorithm update before it hits the news. If you’ve spent years optimising campaigns for D2C brands and you’re ready to use that expertise to empower hundreds of female founders, this is your moment. What You’ll Do Strategic Coaching: Deliver 1:1 and group coaching sessions to e‑commerce business owners, translating complex Meta strategies into actionable, results‑driven plans. Content Creation: Appear on camera regularly, whether it’s filming training modules, hosting live Q&As, or breaking down the latest Meta updates in digestible formats. Curriculum Development: Shape the future of our Meta programming. Design workshops, create resources, and ensure our members are always equipped with cutting‑edge strategies. Performance Analysis & Optimisation: Teach clients to read their data like pros (CTR, ROAS, CPA, audience insights) and make decisions that scale profitably. Trend Monitoring: Stay obsessively up‑to‑date with Meta’s evolving platform, emerging ad formats, iOS updates, and performance marketing trends across the D2C landscape. Campaign Strategy: Guide clients through advanced tactics like creative testing frameworks, audience segmentation, scaling strategies, and attribution modeling. What We’re Looking For Agency Background: 3+ years managing Meta campaigns for D2C e‑commerce brands in a fast‑paced agency or in‑house environment. You’ve handled multiple clients, tight deadlines, and high‑stakes performance goals. Performance Marketing Expertise: You understand the full funnel (prospecting, retargeting, conversion optimisation, attribution and beyond) and you are very hands‑on. Camera Confidence: You’re comfortable on video. Whether it’s a polished training module or a quick Instagram story breaking down a Meta update, you communicate clearly and confidently. Teaching Ability: You can take complex concepts (like Advantage+ campaigns or iOS14 attribution) and make them accessible to founders who are just getting started. Trend Awareness: You’re the person in your group chat sharing the latest Meta Beta features. You read performance marketing newsletters, test new strategies, and stay ahead of the curve. Mission Alignment: You genuinely care about helping female founders succeed. You’re energised by their wins and invested in their growth. Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Pixel setup, custom audiences, Conversions API, analytics platforms, and tracking infrastructure. Availability: Available as permanent part‑time role; hours can be negotiated for the right person. What Success Looks Like Members consistently report improved ROAS and campaign performance after working with you. You’ve built a library of training content that becomes the go‑to resource for Meta strategy. You’re recognised within the SHE‑com community as the trusted expert. You’re proactively updating curriculum based on platform changes and emerging best practices. You bring fresh ideas to the table and push our programming forward.
