The Role This is not just another sales job. It’s a chance to prove yourself in one of the fastest growing industries in the country, with all the tools, training, and leads already in place. We are hiring now for a January start date. Successful applicants onboard this side of the new year and officially kick off in January. Every appointment you walk into has been through a multi-stage confirmation process, so you’re only meeting with homeowners who are interested and ready to talk. You’ll travel across Melbourne Metro (within approx. 80 to 90 km of the city centre), typically covering 250+ km per week with travel allowance provided. At periodical phases, there will also be regional Victoria work. We’re open to creating dedicated territories for those living in regional areas. For those traveling through Australia, this can also be a fantastic way to see more of the country while earning serious money. Whether you’re an elite salesperson chasing a bigger challenge, or someone ready to take the bull by the horns and learn a new game, this is a role that pays you back for your effort. What You’ll Earn Base salary: $80,000 to $100,000 (depending on experience) Commission: 10 percent of gross profit on every sale Expected earnings: $170,000+ per year minimum, uncapped What You’ll Need Strong communication and persuasion skills Confidence to guide homeowners and handle objections A driver’s licence and reliable vehicle Smartphone and basic computer literacy The drive to work hard, travel, and keep improving Full training provided, no solar experience needed.
